FileMaker Support Contracts

Businesses choose the FileMaker platform for its reliability and ease of development. Once your solution has become an integral part of your business you want to know that someone is available to help whenever issues come up and to make sure your solution is maintained.

Goya offers a range of support agreements that help business with the ongoing maintenance of a FileMaker solution, and also give you peace of mind that someone is there when you need them.

All the FileMaker solutions we build are custom and tailored exactly to your business needs. And most of our support packages are custom as well as they reflect the specific requirements that each business has, and the differences between the needs of a 24/7 publicly accessible system vs a small 9-5 team.

We have some starting options for our Support Contracts below, and can tailor these to your own requirements. There are no lock in contracts for support, you pay by the month, however we also do annual contracts to give you certainty over our service delivery.


FileMaker Basic Support Package

The FileMaker Basic Support covers :

  • FileMaker Server maintenance and upgrades.
  • Guidance and help with FileMaker Pro upgrades.
  • Server monitoring and responding to alerts.
  • An individual contact number, that redirects to an available Goya staff for support queries.

The Basic Support package is for a single FileMaker Server, and has a four hour maximum response time. This agreement doesn’t include set support hours, so all support time that requires remote access to the system, or for calls longer than 15 minutes are billed at our normal rate of $255 per hour plus GST.

Basic Support is during business hours of the location of your FileMaker server.

FileMaker Basic Support Package Cost : $1550 per month plus GST.


FileMaker Standard Support Package

The Standard Support Package includes all of the items in the Basic Package, plus up to 10 hours of support time, that can be used to resolve issues and fix minor issues in the system. We can utilise these hours for small development tasks as well when agreed in advance.

FileMaker Standard Support Package Cost : $2850 per month plus GST.


FileMaker Custom Support Package

We can also design a support package to suit your requirements. Some other options may include :

  • Multiple FileMaker Server support.
  • FileMaker Pro installation help.
  • Complex FileMaker integration maintenance.
  • Extra support hours beyond standard business hours.
  • Reduced timeframe for responses.
  • Staff on call during one off high demand times.
